And yes, there is a woolly mammoth connection as well. We were always told they had originated in Asia and had migrated across the Bering land bridge into North America.

Anthony Grieco
Anthony Grieco is a filmmaker based in Vancouver Canada, and has worked with creative media, cultural and post-secondary institutions in North/South America, Asia and Europe. He holds undergraduate degrees in English Literature and Film Production from the University of British Columbia, and a masters degree in Intercultural Communication from Royal Roads University. He is also the member of a jazz orchestra and enjoys improvising both media and musical adventures.
